Damaged & Incorrect Item(s)
At Danceshopper, we are committed to providing only the finest products available and to processing your order correctly. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item(s), please apply Request Return in My Account as per the following instructions. We will reply you in 24 hours for your request.
- If you received damaged item(s) , please select the reason as Defective/ Damaged, and email the item(s) images to show the damaged part.
- If you received incorrect item(s) , please select the reason as Received wrong items, and email the item(s) images to show that is incorrect.
For your protection, we suggest that you carefully pack the item in it’s original packing and return it by a reilable carrier that offers package tracking (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS…). DanceShopper is not liable for any costs associated with the damage or loss of any return shipment during transit. Please note only Standard Mail is accepted for the return parcel. If the package is returned by any means other than Standard Mail, we reserve the right to decide the amount of shipping refund with reference to the cost of a Standard Mail return. Please also note that we will only be responsible for the Standard Mail shipping cost of the replacement item.
Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect any item you claim to have been damaged/ incorrect. If we identify the defect you have described, we will process it as per the Action you selected in Return Request and will also reimburse you the return postage that you have used the Standard Mail option. However, if we are unable to identify and validate the defect you have described, the original item(s) will be shipped back to you and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Please note that unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded and the customers will be responsible for all the costs and loss (shipment fees, etc.)
